Returns

• Eligibility: Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.

• Condition: Items must be unused, uninstalled, and in the same condition you received them. They must also be in the original packaging.

• Non-Returnable Items:​

Refunds

• Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email.

• If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

• Shipping costs are non-refundable. If your order included free shipping, the original shipping cost may be deducted from your refund.

Exchanges

• We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival.

Shipping Returns

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong item sent, defective product, etc.).

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your item arrives damaged or you received the wrong product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We will send a replacement or issue a refund at no cost to you.
