Furthermore, in your use of the Service, you agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations within your jurisdiction, including but not limited to those governing intellectual property and copyright.

You acknowledge and agree that, except for credit card information, any content you transmit through the website may be transferred over unencrypted networks and may involve: (a) transmission across multiple networks; and (b) modifications necessary to conform to the technical requirements of connecting networks or devices. All credit card data is transmitted using secure, encrypted protocols.

  17. PAYMENT TERMS

  18. Unless alternative payment arrangements have been expressly agreed upon in writing, all orders require payment before they are processed and shipped. TST Industries LLC. reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to mandate payment via certified check, money order, or company-issued check. Personal checks will not be accepted under any circumstances.

  19. Dealers seeking to establish a credit account must submit a completed application for review. Credit terms may be extended on a net payment basis, subject to individual negotiation. Approval and extension of such terms shall be based on a review of the applicant’s creditworthiness and sales history, as determined solely by TST Industries LLC.

  21. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

  22. The purchaser acknowledges and agrees to release both the product manufacturer and Rignitioncovers from any and all liabilities arising from the installation or use of products. Purchaser further acknowledges that modification or alteration of a motorcycle may increase the risk of injury, collision, or render the vehicle non-compliant with applicable traffic regulations.

  23.  INTERNATIONAL PRODUCT FITMENT

  24. All items sold are engineered for compatibility with U.S.-spec sportbike models. While compatibility with international variants is common, it remains the sole responsibility of the purchaser to verify product fitment prior to purchase. Rignitioncovers disclaims any responsibility for regulatory or compliance issues in non-U.S. jurisdictions.

  25. CLAIMS

  26. All risk of loss or damage to the product transfers to the customer at the point of shipment. Any claims for lost, damaged, or missing items must be made by the customer, directly with the carrier. 

  27. CUSTOMER SERVICE RESPONSE TIME

  28. Rignitioncover's customer support team endeavors to respond to all email inquiries within forty-eight (48) hours of receipt. Communications submitted during weekends, or recognized holidays will receive a response on the next business day.​​
