Shipping Policy

SHIPPING POLICY

Delivery dates provided for both international and domestic orders are estimates and not guaranteed. Shipping charges are non-refundable. Rignitioncovers is not responsible for delayed or lost packages. Once items have left our facility, please contact the shipping carrier for order issues.

Attention: International customers are responsible for all local taxes, duties, tariffs, and import fees which will be billed separately by an import agent. Research local taxes and fees before processing orders that will be shipped outside of the U.S.

Orders placed through the website have a processing time of 1-3 business days. Processing time may be extended due to office closures, inclement weather, or necessary customer communication.

We only offer shipping via USPS and UPS.

UPS does not ship to P.O. boxes or military addresses. If UPS is selected in either instance, the shipping service will be changed to USPS or cancelled if no service is available.

 

We do not ship to temporary locations such as hotels. Any order shipping to a hotel will be cancelled and refunded in full. We do not ship to forwarding companies. Any order shipping to a forwarding company will be cancelled and refunded in full.
